That most wonderful time of the year

I admit it. Im here for the eggnog. but it makes winter worth it. up tell January...... Then then... they pack up the tasty stuff and leave the snow. Who thought that was a good idea?

To fur or not to fur?

What a silly question. Always choose the fur babies, the boots with the fur, the furry coat, the fur keychain, the fur fluff hat.... unless you can get the super soft fuzzy blanket. Then only keep the fur babies and the blanket. Cause at that point what more do you actually need in life?

Moments of Misery

When one works or shops in retail we often find ourselves experiencing a moment of misery.

The pathway to said moment:

A moment of Truth is mishandled.

Experiencing slightly subpar to truly horrendous service.

The Emotion of Behavior

 At the root of all behavior lies an emotion. This emotion is itself generated by an interpretation or a perception of reality based on our experience or personal history. It is impossible to change behavior without taking account of the emotions and interpretations that give rise to it.

How I die

 If I die. It will be due to a lung infection from inhaling fruity pebbles, because the dog wont eat Skippy peanut butter.

Ode to tomato soup

Oh how I love thee, your rich creamy warmth.
So smooth and soothing, so much more then your worth.

The pairing of toasted bread and cheese in your sauces.
Makes my mouth water in anticipation of spices.

Oh how I love thee, so fleeting a tryst
For five minutes later, the bowl is nothing but drips.

Why have an obsession?

Think about it. All the Great's where obsessed. If you want to make your mark on history one needs to be willing to focus only on one thing, throwing away loved ones, health and fortune. But the trade off is that you go down in history, AND this may be the best part. You will have a journal full of, hard to read notes and pale drawings that will give wonder to future souls who are inspired by your work.

Personally I just want a leather bound notebook full of chicken scratch.
